Fitness motivation to workout and the pursuit to well-being

If you’re looking for any type of motivation to workout, well, I wouldn’t say you’ve come to the right place. I would appreciate it if you can leave some comments to motivate me to exercise. I don’t workout regularly and that means I don’t go to the gym. Sometimes, when I want to fit into an old dress or wear a crop top, I decide to workout. But this year I have different reasons to want to follow a workout schedule (Shh).
I’m trying to eat healthily (occasionally), and workout too. A few things I hope to achieve are to build muscle and reduce belly fat. Other than that I just want to be healthy which for me means, being able to walk and hike a couple of miles without it feeling like death.
Here are a few people I follow, routines I want to try, and to find the motivation to workout, all while keeping a check on what I eat.

If you’re still in the whole ‘research phase’, this is a good start. Although I feel like we all went through a phase of researching various things during the lockdown, especially fitness-related, it’s okay to want to be extra.
