Who doesn’t like a little brain boost every morning? I have just the best drinks for you to start your day right. If you’re looking for ways to improve your focus, productivity, and memory, you can start with eating and drinking healthy. Today I am particularly talking about brain-boosting beverages to drink in the morning to have a productive day and life. 

Green Tea

It has the same caffeine benefits as those found in coffee. The ingredients present in green tea leaves promote focus, memory, and attention, and so it may be better than coffee, especially as a morning drink. 

Turmeric Tea or Latte

You don’t need to look too far away for healthy ingredients. Turmeric, easily found in your kitchen, can help in improving brain function and decrease the risk of dementia. So add the golden milk to your daily drink list. 

Berry smoothies

Berries like strawberry, blueberry, etc., contain special flavanols called anthocyanins that work as damage-repairers. They help to avoid memory loss in old age and help in creating new neurons in the brain and support overall brain health.

Dark Hot Chocolate

So you need a yum addition to your beverages to drink? Cocoa beans contain brain-friendly ingredients like caffeine and antioxidants. Dark chocolate made from cocoa beans that contain at least 70 percent cocoa can boost the productivity of your brain. “Cacao is rich in flavanols, which can help preserve and improve cognitive functions from memory to attention to learning,” says Rebecca Ditkoff, MPH, RD, CDN, and founder of Nutrition by RD.

Beet Juice
